From a very young age, I found myself being the person others turned to during hard times, especially through heartbreaks and life transitions. 

Listening deeply, offering guidance, and helping people move forward became something I not only did naturally, but truly loved.

The same depth of listening is what eventually became "The Silence That Followed" book.

That passion led me to become a coach. Today I work with women who are navigating big life changes, whether it's an empty nest, retirement, divorce, or simply feeling "stuck".
